Prostate Cymru’s summer roadshow, where the charity travels to community events across Wales to raise awareness of prostate diseases, started at the Royal Welsh Smallholding and Countryside Festival in Builth Wells on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May. The roadshow is part of the charity’s commitment to raising awareness across Wales and is a great opportunity for people across Wales to meet the charity, learn about the prostate and find out what we do.
Prostate Cymru’s Chief Executive Tina Tew and Head of Awareness Dai John attended the festival over the weekend in the heart of rural Wales. Tina and Dai spoke to hundreds of attendees during the two days of the festival which also features competitions, displays and agricultural themed tradestands.
