Ambassadors Lunch 2024: A Day to Remember for Prostate Cymru

The much-anticipated Ambassadors Lunch made a triumphant return on November 15, 2024, at Cornerstone in Cardiff, raising vital funds for Prostate Cymru.

The lunch raised an incredible £10,000 for Prostate Cymru.

Guests enjoyed a fantastic three-course meal crafted by the talented team at Spiros, setting the stage for an unforgettable afternoon filled with purpose and celebration.

Attendees were treated to a lively rugby legends Q&A featuring Welsh greats Ken Owens and Colin Charvis, hosted by Paul Fielding.

The discussion was filled with insight, humour, and inspiring moments, offering guests a rare glimpse into the lives and careers of these icons.

Adding to the day’s vibrant atmosphere, Lenny Dee provided top-class entertainment.

The lunch was as much a celebration as it was a call to action, reinforcing the charity’s critical mission to save the lives of men in Wales.

The raffle was a highlight of the afternoon, boasting a range of incredible prizes.

Among them were a signed Sir Gareth Edwards Grogg and a signed Colin Charvis Grogg.

Other prizes included exclusive experiences generously donated by corporate supporters, making the competition fierce and the fundraising impactful.

Colin Charvis, an ambassador for Prostate Cymru, was recently featured in the charity’s new campaign.

The initiative emphasises the life-saving importance of early diagnosis and urges men to “know the facts.”

Prostate Cymru extends its heartfelt thanks to all who attended and contributed to the event’s success.

The funds raised will directly support the charity’s key aims, from awareness and education to treatment and research.

Together, we’re making strides to ensure more men receive early, life-saving care.
