The Big Breakfast is a fun, social event that can be held on any day in November for Prostate Cymru, the leading prostate health charity in Wales supporting men with benign prostate disease and prostate cancer. The month of Big Breakfasts got under way on Thursday 1st November between 8:00am and 10:00am in Carmarthenshire.
Mike Dingley-Jones, secretary of the newly formed Carmarthenshire Friends of Prostate Cymru group, along with Margaret hosted the first Big Breakfast of 2018 at The Lantern Centre at Hall Street Methodist Church in Llanelli. He was assisted at the event by the Reverend Heegon Moon, Margaret Evans, Caroline James, Richard Jones, Rosemary Jones and Deborah Moon. The centre was decorated and there were fun fundraising activities including a lucky dip. The successful event raised a brilliant £430 on the day and if you would still like to donate to the day you can text MDJP88 £5 to 70070.
