A team of 24 runners completed the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 4th October in aid of Prostate Cymru. Cardiff Half Marathon is the second largest road race in the UK after the Great North Run. The extremely popular 13.1 mile race took the runners around the capital including Cardiff Bay and Roath Park.
All members of the team were united in their goal to raise money and awareness for the charity by participating in this year’s race. Many runners were taking part to show support of family members who have experienced prostate issues such as prostate cancer. Our brilliant team completed the half marathon in impressive times ranging from one hour and thirty-five minutes to just under three hours.
