The annual Clwyd Tractor run has raised £1000 for Prostate Cymru on Sunday 5th June.
Despite the rainy weather, people came out in force to fundraise for Prostate Cymru and DPJ Foundation with the Clwyd Annual Tractor Run.
Speaking about the event, Bryn Davies said, “ Sunday 5th June 70 tractors and Landrovers got together for a run and covered 27 very soggy miles through what should have been a beautiful Vale of Clwyd and managed to raise £1000 for Prostate Cymru. We shared the proceeds with The DPJ Foundation who assisted us with road safety issues – that is absolutely paramount.’
Organisers of the event handed out Prostate Cymru awareness leaflets and encouraged men to know their facts about prostate cancer and seek medical advice if necessary.
Bryn said, “If it saves one life by early detection it was well worth getting wet for.”
We are so grateful to the organsers of this event for choosing to raise awareness and funds for Prostate Cymru. The money raised will help us raise awareness, fund innovation and help save the males in Wales.
