Prostate Cymru was the nominated charity for Holy Cross Church in Cowbridge’s Christmas tree festival this year. The popular festival took place over the weekend (27th to 29th November). Although the festival has now ended, a select number of trees will remain in the church until late December/early January so there is still a chance to see some of the beautiful trees even if you missed the festival weekend!
An exceptional total of 75 trees were decorated, including one by Prostate Cymru, creating a wonderful spectacle in the church. Cowbridge Male Voice Choir, Cowbridge Hand Bell Ringers and St Brides Major Church in Wales Primary School provided festive entertainment over the course of the weekend.
Prostate Cymru would like to thank trustee Lyn Murray, Janine Rees and pupils from Pendoylan Church in Wales Primary School for decorating the Prostate Cymru tree for the festival (pictured).
