Prostate Cymru, Wales’ leading prostate health charity has been confirmed as the lead charity partner of the Ogi Porthcawl 10K, which returns to the popular seaside resort on Sunday 2 July.
The partnership will form part of Prostate Cymru’s 20th year birthday celebrations and provide an opportunity for runners to take on a 10K challenge whilst raising money for Wales’ largest prostate health charity.
The Ogi Porthcawl 10K will once again be the third leg of the R4W 10K Series in 2023, ahead of the fourth race in Barry Island and spring events in Cardiff Bay and Newport. The route, which takes place on fully closed roads of the resort town which boasts stunning coastline, the historic Grand Pavilion and the iconic Porthcawl pier and lighthouse.
You can now sign up to run for Prostate Cymru, who are offering free running spaces and running t-shirts to those pledging to fundraise in support of their vital work. If you’re already registered for the event, you can still pledge your support and receive a free t-shirt.
