The Big Breakfast 2024

Prostate Cymru’s popular Big Breakfast is back for 2024! Whether you are a cereal lover or a classic fry up fan, the Big Breakfast is a simple and social fundraising event that you can host on any day in November.

Hold a Big Breakfast event at home, in your workplace, or within your local community.

A Big Breakfast in 5 steps

  1. Choose a day in November & Sign up as a Big Breakfast host. Sign up is free and you will have access to our downloadable digital breakfast pack which will include a welcome letter, inspiring recipe ideas, downloadable decorations, and breakfast invites
  1. Choose your guest list & venue. Plan breakfast at home with members of your household or extend the invitation to wider family/ friends. If you fancy getting your work colleagues involved, office spaces or work canteens can make great Big Breakfast spots.
  1. Decide on your menu. Hearty porridge bowls, fry ups, continental breakfasts, the options are endless.
  1. Enjoy the day. When the day arrives, get in the spirit by putting up some of our printable decoration included in your breakfast pack, but most importantly enjoy being the breakfast host.
  1. Fundraise for a fantastic cause. Encourage guests to  make a donation to Prostate Cymru via our Enthuse fundraising page, or they can text PCBIGBREAKFAST to 70085 to donate £10 *Texts cost £10 plus one standard rate message.
