The Big Walk 2025

Prostate Cymru are pleased to announce The Big Walk is back this July!

If you’re looking for a walk that combines breath-taking scenery, Welsh culture, and a great cause, then The Big Walk is the event for you.

Over the 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th & 27th July 2025, Big Walks for Prostate Cymru will take place in iconic Welsh locations.

Saturday 5th July:

The Vale Circular Walk (approx 5.5 miles)

Neath to Kenfig Hill Big Walk(13 miles)

6th July:

Carmarthenshire Circular Walk (approx 8 miles)

12th July:

Brecon Big Walk (approx 4 miles)

13th July:

Solva to St Davids Walk (6 miles)

Saturday 19th July:

Swansea Big Walk (approx 8 miles)

27th July

Aberystwyth Big Walk (approx 4.5 miles)

The event is open to people of all ages and abilities and with several routes and distances to choose from, you’re sure to find a walk that suits your preferences. Participants will also have the option to take on the challenge on their own and at their own pace across the month.

You’ll have the chance to meet new people, explore the natural beauty of Wales, and support an important cause.

There is an entry fee of just £25 for one of our specific walks or just £10 to complete the challenge on a route and date of your choice throughout the month of July.
