Prostate Cymru is delighted to announce the “Blue tie Ball” – a memorable evening of celebration, acknowledging the work of Wales’s prostate health charity and its  supporters.

The event which is set to take place early 2024 (16th February), will be hosted at The Vale Resort, Cardiff . Open to all those with any affiliation with the charity, guests will enjoy a drinks reception, formal sit-down meal and live entertainment.

Prostate Cymru CEO Tina Tew commented;

“We wanted to add a twist to our annual celebrations and plans are well under way to host our first blue tie ball.

Of course, the highlight of the event will be the official awards presentation, an opportunity to honour all the fantastic support that Prostate Cymru has received from individuals, communities and businesses.

The evening will also help us raise much needed funds, to contribute towards our objectives around awareness, research and improving treatment for men in Wales with prostate cancer.  We receive no public funding, which is why events such as the Blue Tie Ball are so important. Dunraven, the Bridgend based, home improvements company are officially partnering the event and we couldn’t be more grateful for their support.

People are encouraged to join us and be part of the celebrations, there will be live music and a fantastic social atmosphere. It’s going to be a memorable night seeing the coming together of people from all corners of the charity.”

Tickets for the Blue Tie Ball are now available, starting from £75 per person. To secure your space or table (of 10) contact [email protected]
