Prostate Cymru are thrilled to announce we have FREE spaces available for the SOLD OUT Cardiff Half Marathon 2025.
The event will be taking place on Sunday 5th October 2025.
We were blown away by the support in 2024, and would like to extend a huge thank you to everyone who ran for #TEAMPC and helped raise money to support men in Wales with prostate cancer.
For 2025, we ask that all runners commit to raising a minimum of £250 each, and in return will receive a complimentary running vest, wristband, and badge, as well as pre and post-race hospitality at Tiny Rebel, with massage and refreshments.
The Cardiff Half Marathon offers a flat, 13.1- mile route ideal for all levels, from newcomers to seasoned runners. As part of the SuperHalfs series, it shares the stage with races in Lisbon, Prague, Valencia, and Copenhagen. The route takes you past Cardiff Castle, through Penarth Marina, around Cardiff Bay, and loops around Roath Park Lake before finishing at the Civic Centre.

Prostate Cymru works to educate men about prostate issues, provide specialist medical equipment, and advocate for earlier diagnostic procedures to ensure timely treatment.
