FBE West Wales, the forum for the built environment, presented a donation of £2080.23 to Prostate Cymru on St David’s Day at their breakfast networking event at Machynys Golf Club, Llanelli. The donation was presented to Prostate Cymru’s Chief Executive Tina Tew by FBE member Jamie Lannen, an associate director based in Swansea, and former rugby international Dafydd James who is a keen supporter of the charity and was the guest speaker at the breakfast event.
The money was raised through a raffle at FBE West Wales’ annual black tie dinner. The glamorous event was held on 25th January at The Village Hotel in Swansea. Magical pre-dinner entertainment was provided by Phil Jay and his assistant. The popular event was compered by Jimi Webb and featured entertainment by award-winning comedian Rod Woodward.
