On Friday the Glamorgan Friends of Prostate Cymru hosted a memorable fundraising dinner at The Castle Hotel in Neath.
The event, aimed at raising awareness and funds for Prostate Cymru saw an impressive turnout of 80 people and an incredible £1475 raised for the charity.
Entertainment for the night was provided by the band Astain Wales keeping spirits high throughout the evening.
The fundraising dinner also hosted a raffle and auction, which collectively raised an impressive £1000, thanks to the generosity of attendees.
To further raise awareness about the dangers of prostate cancer Prostate Cymru Awareness Presenter, Dai John, gave a talk about the charity and prostate issues for all those in attendance.
Castle Hotel Neath went above and beyond, offering food at cost and a complimentary room for the occasion, allowing more funds to be directed towards the charity’s vital work. Additionally, Radnor Hills generously provided water for the event.
