This partnership significantly contributes to the efficiency and impact of our charity.”
In addition to the tech support, Prostate Cymru has also teamed up with WeBoss, founded by Emily Steer. WeBoss’s virtual assistants work remotely, offering support to clients across the UK. Their diverse client base spans construction companies, educational institutions, and consultancy groups.
Stuart and Emily Steer, the driving forces behind Steer IT Solutions and WeBoss joined Prostate Cymru for the Cardiff Devils Game in aid of Prostate Cymru against Manchester Storm in October.
Speaking on the partnership Stuart Steer said, “We are proud to stand alongside Prostate Cymru in their mission to increase awareness of prostate cancer amongst the male population of Wales and support men with prostate issues through education, medical training and research. At Steer IT, we recognise the significance of giving back to our local community and are passionate about using our collective skills to support charities like Prostate Cymru.”
Next year, WeBoss, in collaboration with Cardiff Devils, will host a ‘Women in Business’ event at the Vindico Arena.
This event aims to bring together influential women from various sectors, fostering inspiration, networking, and support.
Speaking about the event Tina Price said, “The team at WeBoss are thrilled to partner with Cardiff Devils for this unique International Women’s Day event, where we will celebrate the strength and resilience of women in business and sport. We will also explore how women and men can work together to embrace the power of partnership in the workplace and continue to break down barriers together to forge a path towards true equality.”
