Congratulations to Lieutenant Commander Jim Sampson, Lieutenant Thomas Stapley-Bunten, Petty Officer Robbie Doyle, Chief Petty Officer Tim Cox and Able Seaman Connor O’Connell who have completed their charity challenge for Prostate Cymru and the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity.
Using the ship’s rowing machines and exercise bikes, in addition to running the upper deck, they covered the equivalent distance of Twickenham to the Southern tip of India and back. The sailors have covered a massive 10,000 miles through their epic exercise challenge.
