Prostate Cymru’s popular Big Breakfast month is back for November 2023. The charity is once again calling on supporters to get involved in this simple and social fundraising activity.
A Prostate Cymru Big Breakfast can be hosted any day in November, from home, your workplace or within the local community. Keep it small by enjoying breakfast with members of your household, or extend the guest list to wider friends, family, and work colleagues.
Speaking ahead of Big Breakfast month, Tina Tew, Chief Executive, said “The Big Breakfast is a firm highlight in our fundraising calendar and has annually raised thousands for men in Wales suffering with prostate cancer.”
Every year we look forward to seeing the varied mix of Big Breakfast events. Family get togethers, workplace fry ups to people taking over their local village hall to host breakfast in their local community. I think the appeal is its ability to lend itself to different scenarios.”
Once again, we hope that supporters will come out in force this November. Every penny raised stays in Wales and enables us as a charity to fund much needed research, equipment and treatment.”
