Prostate Cymru is pleased to launch the first in-person The Big Breakfast event since the pandemic in 2020.
Whether you are a cereal lover or enjoy a full-cooked breakfast, the Prostate Cymru Big Breakfast is a fun fundraising event that you can host on any day in November.
Whether you decide to host your Big Breakfast event at home, your workplace, or with your community, the choice is yours.
Over the years, people have raised thousands through hosting a Big Breakfast event.
Like all of the money raised by our events, all funds raised stay in Wales, helping support awareness, research, and treatment for those suffering from prostate health issues.
You choose the day, the menu, and the guest list.
Once you’ve signed up, breakfast hosts will receive their digital breakfast pack to use.
IT’S SIMPLE.
- Choose any day in November to host your Big Breakfast event.
- Sign up as a Big Breakfast host and receive a free digital breakfast pack which will include a welcome letter, inspiring recipe ideas, downloadable decorations, and breakfast invites.
- Choose your guest list. Some may want to keep it small by cooking breakfast for themselves and a loved one. Others may want to use it as an opportunity to get together with extended family and friends, inviting them to enjoy the most important meal of the day. You can let them know about your fundraising efforts using the breakfast invite from our digital packs.
- Choose your menu. You cannot go wrong with a classic bacon sandwich, or you may wish to test your culinary skills on a new fancy breakfast recipe; anything goes. Click here for some menu inspiration from the Prostate Cymru Team.
- On the day. Print out and put up your Big Breakfast decorations from your breakfast pack and get cooking for your guests.
- Encourage those enjoying your breakfast to donate via our Enthuse fundraising page, or they can text PCBIGBREAKFAST to 70085 to donate £10 *Texts cost £10 plus one standard rate message.
