Hosting a Big Breakfast can be as simple as you’d like. Whilst you can use this fundraiser as a way to test out your culinary skills, you can also just have a classic tea and toast and enjoy the company of friends.

  2. Eggs Benedict
  3. Fresh croissants with jam
  4. Classic bacon sandwich
  5. Huevos rancheros
  6. Bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese
  7. Smashed avocado and chilli flakes on toast
  8. Blueberry smoothie bowl
  9. Nutella and banana pancakes

Find below instructions for a Prostate Cymru favourite, “blueberry smoothie bowl” full of taste and goodness, why not give it a go.

 BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL 

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

3 cups porridge oats

3 cups natural yoghurt

2 bananas

3 handfuls of blueberries

50ml milk

1 tsp peanut butter

Splash of maple syrup

Topping

Chia seeds (optional)

mixed berries – blueberries, raspberries 

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and mix for 1 minute, until smooth.
  1. Pour evenly amongst 4 small breakfast bowls

Top with chia seeds and extra mixed berries.

It’s as simple as that!
