The charity walk is a 6.5 miles circular walk, starting and ending at Standing Stone, Cowbridge. The walk will also go through idyllic villages such as St Nicholas, St. Brides Major, and Llantwit Major. This is a reasonably gentle terrain walk, including one fairly moderate climb to reach the top, stiles, and stepping logs. There will be a breakfast roll, refreshments on arrival, and a burger upon finishing the route.
We meet at Standing Stone Cowbridge at 10 am for registration on Saturday, 8th July. Parking is available behind the Cowbridge Town Hall and Wyndham Street Car park; however, this may be limited on the day.
There are plenty of shops, cafes and pubs in the market town of Cowbridge and refreshment stops along the route.
Public toilets can also be found behind Cowbridge Town Hall.
